The central server (11) receives the temperature and humidity in the flowerpot (8) collected by the temperature and humidity meter (7); based on the collected data, the drip irrigation pipe (6) and the atomizer (4) are controlled to water the flowerpot (8), the temperature and humidity detector (5) displays the temperature and humidity data collected by the temperature and humidity meter (7) in real time, and transmits the temperature and humidity data to the central server (11) until the soil moisture required by the plant is reached, when the plant soil moisture reaches the requirement, the electronic pump (3) stopsworking, the atomizer (4) and the drip irrigation pipe (6) stop working, and the remaining water is discharged through the drain pipe (9).
