Abstract

The invention provides an allium macrostemon extract and application thereof to antioxidation efficacy cosmetics. The allium macrostemon extract is characterized in that a preparation method comprisesthe steps of cleaning allium macrostemon; performing freeze drying and crushing; soaking obtained allium macrostemon powder by an ethanol water solution with the mass percent concentration being 60 to 80 percent; under the ultrasonic conditions that the temperature is 45 to 55 DEG C, the power is 140 to 160W and the frequency is 35 to 45KHz, ultrasonic treatment is performed for 25 to 35min; then, performing filtering by a microfiltration membrane with the hole diameter being 0.4 to 0.5mum; collecting filtering liquid; concentrating the obtained filtering liquid; performing freeze drying to obtain the allium macrostemon extract. The allium macrostemon extract has an antioxidation effect, so that when the allium macrostemon extract is used as an antioxidant to be applied to skin cosmetics,the antioxidation efficacy is achieved.
