Abstract

The method comprises the steps that: the encryption method is realized based on an optical communication network; a quantum key distribution device is arranged at the optical communication transmitting end; data transmitted by optical communication is subjected to quantum key encryption through the quantum key distribution device; furthermore, sender and receiver information of transmission information is subjected to national secretalgorithm encryption; sender address information decryption is carried out at first when a receiver decrypts the received information; and, a quantum key decryption channel is provided for transmission data decryption after sender information is decrypted.
