The system comprises a visualized experimental section, an ocean motion platform for simulating ocean motion conditions, a high-speed camera for photographing the mixing process of two layers of fluids, a high-level liquid storagetank for storing an experimental working medium, a waste liquid tank connected with the visualized experimental section, a cooling water circuit, power distribution equipment, instrument control equipment and data measuring and collecting equipment. During the experiment, the experimental working medium is injected to the visualized experimental section, the ocean motion platform drives the visualized experimental section to realize motions such as undulation, sway and the like; and the water in the cooling water tank is driven by a centrifugal water pump to flow through a cooling passage in the visualized experimental section so as to provide a cooling boundary for the visualized experimental section, and the heated cooling water returns to the initial temperature through a plate heat exchanger and a cooling tower return and then is returned to the cooling water tank.
