Abstract

A reliability model of a power generationand transmission system and a natural gas network is established; random state sampling is carried out on original pieces in the power generation and transmission system and the natural gas network;on the basis of the random sampling state and the reliability model, a load reduction amount of the power generation and transmission system is calculated and an average value is calculated; and whenthe load reduction amount average value change is less than a preset threshold, an adequacy index of the power generation and transmission system is calculated based on multi-times sampling states. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantage: since the adequacy of natural gas is considered into the adequacy evaluation of the power generation and transmission system, the adequacy evaluation of the power generation and transmission system becomes accurate.
