Abstract

The invention relates to a method for calibrating a liquid temperature and pressure monitoring sensor in a pipe. The method comprises the steps of a platinum temperature sensor calibrating step, namely setting step testing water temperatures in a constant-temperature water tank, obtaining a standard water temperature, acquiring and processing a temperature sensor signal for obtaining a measured water temperature; establishing a temperature calibrating model according to the standard water temperature and the measured water temperature, calibrating the water temperature which is measured by a sensor; a ceramic pressure sensor calibrating step, namely measuring a step temperature drift testing water temperature which is set in the constant-temperature water trough by means of the calibratedtemperature sensor; at each water temperature , successively inputting step water pressures, and obtaining output voltages of a pressure sensor; according to the water temperature, the input water pressure and the voltage, establishing a temperature drift calibration model of the pressure, and calibrating the water pressure which is measured by the pressure sensor. The method settles a problem ofa temperature measurement error of the temperature sensor and a pressure measurement error of the pressure sensor and further improves measurement precision of the temperature sensor and the pressuresensor.
