The method comprises: constructing a blood vessel segmentation model capable of segmenting ablood vessel image from the fundus image; and constructing a classification model capable of carrying out plus lesion classification on the vascular image, segmenting the vascular image in the targetfundus image from the target fundus image by applying the vascular segmentation model, and classifying the vascular image in the target fundus image by applying the classification model to obtain a plus lesion category to which the vascular image in the target fundus image belongs. Therefore, blood vessel segmentation and blood vessel image classification are carried out on the fundus image basedon the blood vessel segmentation model and the classification model, and compared with an existing mode of manually classifying the plus lesions, the classification efficiency of the premature infantretinopathy plus lesions can be improved.
