Abstract

The method comprises a front end comb tooth coating process, a rear end comb tooth coating process, a finger jointing process, a material dividing process, a length measuring process and a cutting process which are set in sequence, and all processes are connected and combined by a conveyor. Combing and gluing are performed on the front ends and the rear ends of the bamboo strips of a fed bamboo strip group through the front end comb tooth coating process and the rear end comb tooth coating process; then, the fed bamboo strip group enters the finger jointing process and completes the finger jointing with a returning bamboo strip group to become a lengthened bamboo strip group;the lengthened bamboo strip group enters the material dividing process to complete the separation of two adjacent bamboo strips; then the lengthened bamboo strips enter the length measuring process,each lengthened bamboo strip enters a corresponding width limit track, and a follow-up length measuring mechanism is adopted to carry out single follow-up measurement for each long bamboo strip; and finally, the bamboo strips enter the cutting process, and each single bamboo strip at the specified length is cut.
