Abstract

The HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst is characterized in that raw materials comprisean organic silicon source, an aluminum source, a template agent M and water, wherein the mol ratio of the silicon source to the aluminum source, namely SiO2 to Al2O3, is (10 to 200) to 1; the mol ratio of the template agent M to the aluminum source, namely M to the Al2O3, is (2 to 10) to 1; and the mol ratio of water to the aluminum source, namely H2O to Al2O3, is (1000 to 1200) to 1. The HZSM-5 molecular sieve involved in the invention has the beneficial effects that through optimized combination of a raw material formula and the preparation method, a preparation process is simple; operationconditions are environmentally friendly; the extreme conditions of high temperature, high pressure, high acid, high alkali and the like are not needed; environmental pollution and operation difficultyare reduced; the preparation method is an efficient, simple and convenient synthesis method; and the synthetic cost can be greatly reduced.
