Abstract

The invention provides a method for measuring a homonuclear indirect coupling network. Through the design of a pulse sequence, a selective pulse, a PSYCHE module and three-dimensional data sampling and splicing are utilized to finally obtain a two-dimensional spectrum representing the homonuclear indirect coupling network, wherein one dimension only displays spin-chemical shift information in a coupling network, no coupling signals exist, and the other dimension displays spin and interesting spin indirect coupling constants; and a simple and reliable method is provided for accurate measurementof the indirect coupling information. According to the method in the invention, only a compiled pulse sequence and the corresponding data postprocessing codes need to be imported on the spectrometerin a text format without the need of special hardware devices, and the method can be applied to any conventional nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.
