Abstract

The device comprises a controller, aregulating valve and a pump; the inlet of the pump is connected with a pipeline used for conveying a mobile phase; the controller controls the regulating valve to regulate a flow direction of pumped liquid as well as flow directions, separated by a separator, of different forms; a first end of the regulating valve is connected with the separator, a second end of the regulating valve is connected with the outlet of the pump, and a third end of the regulating valve is connected with a detector; and the controller controls the regulating valve to regulate according to peak appearance times of different forms of the element, so as to regulate on-off of a pipeline between the detector as well as the separator and the pump.
