The invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) bulb lamp, comprising a lamp shell, a lamp cap, at least two conductive supports, and a luminous part, wherein the lamp cap is connected with thelamp shell so as to form a containing space; the lamp cap comprises a drive circuit; the luminous part comprises a light conversion coating, a plurality of LED chip units coated with the light conversion coating, a conductor section, and at least two electrodes which are respectively connected with the conductive supports; any of the LED chip units comprises at least two LED chips which are connected by means of wires; the LED chip units are electrically connected by means of conductor sections in the luminous part; part of each electrode is exposed outside the light conversion coating; the electrodes are connected with the LED chip units by means of first wires, and the conductor sections are connected with the LED chip units by means of second wires; copper foil and LED chips are stuck on an LED lamp filament substrate; the LED chips as well as the first wires and the second wires which are connected with the LED chips are separately wrapped by a first light conversion layer, so thatthe heat radiation area is enlarged, the heat dissipation effect is improved, and the luminous efficiency is increased.
