Abstract

The adopted principle is that active ingredient berberine and bamatine isoquinoline alkaloids have no fluorescence, and cucurbituril [7] (CB [7]) itself has no fluorescence; and however, the CB [7] can form a stable inclusion compound with the berberine and bamatine, and can allow the fluorescence sensitivity of the berberine and bamatine without fluorescence to be greatly increased and the fluorescence of a solution to be obviously enhanced. With the help of good separation ability of capillary electrophoresis, the inclusion compound formed by the berberine and bamatine and the CB [7] can also realize good separation without being influenced by other substances; and the method has good selectivity and is higher in sensitivity than an ultraviolet detection method by two orders of magnitude.
