At least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer are alternately arranged, wherein one inorganic layer, close to the organic light-emitting layer, of at least one inorganic layer comprises a lamination layer of at least two sub-inorganic layers, and one sub-inorganic layer, close to the organic light-emitting layer, of the at least two sub-inorganic layers is of a composite film layer structure.
