A manufacturer providing LKJ control parameter compiling software provides unified software for each railway administration butattaches different parameter setting information files; the software providing manufacturer provides an installation program for each railway administration, puts the parameter setting information file of the current railway administration and installation exe under a same catalogue; the installation exe automatically packages and installs the parameter setting information file; when the softwareis started, the parameter setting information file is automatically loaded to run; for different grades of users, the software sets the authority limit of each grade of user; and accounts with different authority limits can be managed with different operation authority limits. The scheme of the configuration method of the LKJ control parameters has the following advantages that the LKJ control parameter compiling software manufacturer does not need to generate and maintain software installation packages of different railway administrations and only needs to manage the parameter setting information files provided for the different railway administrations; data separation of the control parameter compiling software and the parameter setting information files is realized.
