Embodiment 1

[0031] 1. Sample Collection

[0032] (1) The animal experiments involved in this example strictly complied with the animal experiment rules and regulations of East China University of Science and Technology. 42 ICR mice were divided into 7 groups, each group had 3 female mice and 3 male mice. Food and water were sterilized, free access to food, and raised to 8 weeks old.

[0033] (2) The experiment was carried out at Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology (31.18°N, 121.43°E). The experimental season was selected in November to reduce the interference caused by phagocytic insects and to control the room temperature and humidity. The temperature did not change much during the experiment, and the average The temperature was 22.4°C, the relative humidity ranged from 33% to 41% (average 37%), there was no ventilation, and it was protected from light and rain.

[0034] (3) The mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation, and placed in a clean carton with sterile ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining the postmortem interval of a mouse. The method comprises the steps of (1) collecting mouse samples, performing extraction to obtain DNA, and performing metagenome analysis on sample oral microorganisms through high-flux sequencing; and (2) according to the structural composition of oral microorganism communities and succession law occurring along with death time increase, obtaining species of which the relative abundance has dependency with death time, and establishing a linear regression model of the postmortem interval and the relative abundance of the species. The method disclosed by the invention is convenient to sample, the influence of external environment and subjective judgment of an inspector is reduced, and increase of death time inference precision is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of forensic medicine, in particular to a method for obtaining the death time interval of mice. Background technique [0002] The postmortem interval (PMI) refers to the time interval between the discovery and examination of the corpse and the occurrence of death. Estimation time of death refers to the time or interval between death and autopsy, which is often the first key and important problem to be solved in forensic identification. [0003] So far, for early PMI inference, most of the focus has been on the observation and measurement of macroscopic indicators such as corpse phenomena. A rough guess can be made on the scope of the death time, and a relatively close result can be obtained based on experience. For the study of late PMI deduction, affected by the autolysis and decay of the corpse, the tissue morphology gradually disintegrates, and the endogenous chemical substances continue to degrade, making it diff...
