Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing a ribbon cable with a shielding layer and a sheath. The method comprise steps of 1), preparation of a cable core, multiple wires are sequentially washedby acid and the water, dried and then stranded to obtain an initial core body, and the initial conductor body is placed in a tin plating bath for tin plating to obtain a cable core; 2), preparation of a conductor, a shielding film is wound around a surface of the cable core to obtain a conductor; 3), preparation of the ribbon cable, after multiple conductors extend in the horizontal direction andare arranged to form a cable, an upper surface and a lower surface of the cable are respectively provided with a sheet, and the ribbon cable is obtained by hot pressing; the acid liquid at least includes the water, hydrochloric acid, magnesium chloride, ammonium chloride and sodium chloride; the shielding film includes at least a film in a sheet-like structure and mixed rubber compound disposed on a surface of the film opposite to the wrapping surface, and the mixed rubber compound is composed of mixture of semiconductive rubber and graphite.
