Abstract

Laser output at a middle-infrared corresponding wave band is achieved by a gain module taking a high-power and high-brightness pumping source and rare-earth ion-doped sesquioxide ceramic as a core component, output of pulse laser is achieved by a locked-mode component, output and control of a vector beam is achieved by a dual-refraction mode selection mechanism of an annular diaphragm, cavity non-linear management is achieved by a high non-linear medium, dispersion management isachieved by chirp mirror, and a round grating is used as a waveguide output coupling mirror to obtain an output of all-solid-state ultrafast laser at the middle-infrared band having vector characteristic. The obtained radial polarization vector beam at the middle-infrared band has a unique polarization singular point, the obtained pulse width is at optical period order, and the device has wide application in the frontier field such as high-precision laser medical operation, super-resolution imaging, quantum communication and attosecond light sources.
