Therefore, generation of the corresponding lip language coding is achieved through thecoordinates of the lip key points in the multiple frames of facial images, and further, the content of the lip language is identified through the lip language coding, so that the influences of skin colors, textures and other factors in the facial images on lip language identification are avoided, and the generalization ability and recognition accuracy of the lip language identifying method are improved.
