The LED lighting device comprises an LED driving unit, an LED lighting unit anda dimming interface unit. The LED driving unit is connected with the LED lighting unit and the power supply. The LED driving unit comprises a reserved dimming terminal. The dimming interface unit isconnected to the reserved dimming terminal. The dimming interface unit comprises at least two dimming interfaces which are used for being connected with different dimming controllers, and the dimmingcontrollers can conduct dimming on the LED lighting unit through the reserved dimming terminal. The invention further provides an LED lighting system comprising the LED lighting device. A user can conduct dimming on the LED lighting device and the LED lighting system through different dimming controllers. The LED lighting device and the LED lighting system have the advantages of rich control experience and the like.
