Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining the optimal circulation ratio of a heat exchange network with a circulation reactor. The method comprises the following steps of: extracting the inletand outlet temperature and flow of cold and hot flow in the heat exchange network to determine the released heat, recording the heat as a heat load, combining all heat sources into a source compositecurve, and similarly drawing a trap composite curve; extracting circulating reactor parameters at least comprising the inlet flow, component concentration, inlet temperature, outlet temperature and conversion rate, determining the relationship between the outlet temperature and the circulation ratio of a circulating reactor according to reaction kinetics, and determining the relationship among theinlet temperature, the outlet temperature and the circulation ratio of the circulating reactor according to thermodynamics; determining inlet and outlet temperatures corresponding to different circulation ratios, and determining the relation of heat exchange network energy recovery when the temperature of the reactor changes; and constructing a temperature-energy-benefit-circulation ratio graph based on the inlet temperature, the outlet temperature, the recovered energy and the change curve of the benefit along with the circulation ratio of the reactor, and determining the optimal circulationratio.
