Abstract

The invention discloses a method for culturing high-quality Eriocheir sinensis. The method comprises the steps of pond preparation, juvenile Eriocheir sinensis stocking, aquatic plant management, water quality management, gapping on-sale and adult Eriocheir sinensis fattening. A pond is improved through digging out accumulated silt and excessive organic matters of the bottom of the pond, cleaningup the pond and then applying a soil improvement agent prepared from a fermented base fertilizer and an EM (Effective Microorganisms) stock solution, and meanwhile, a variety of aquatic plants are planted, so that the aquatic plant coverage of the pond in different seasons is guaranteed; and the aquatic plants are trimmed regularly, and a fertilizer is applied to promote growth of the aquatic plants and purify water. Meanwhile, beneficial florae are applied to purify the water; and furthermore, due to long-term feedstuff feeding, the water is high in nitrogen content and low in carbon content,thus, brown sugar is required to be applied to maintain a carbon-nitrogen balance of the water and guarantee the pond of fat and tender water, and thus, the growth of the Eriocheir sinensis is facilitated.
