A monitoring method comprises the steps that: first network equipment transmits a first message to second network equipment, wherein the first message comprises first indication information, and the first indication information is used for indicating that the first network equipment supports local transmission; the first network equipment receives a first request from the second network equipment;and the first network equipment transmits local transmission data to the second network equipment according to the first request.
