Problems solved by technology

In the paper "Study on the Effects of Root Pruning on the Physiological and Ecological Effects of Alfalfa", root pruning experiments at different depths were carried out on alfalfa root system, and the canopy temperature of each treatment was measured at 9:00 to 10:00 in the morning at different growth periods to study the effects of root pruning on different depths on the canopy of plants. However, this experiment did not collect temperature within the daily cycle to screen the sensitive time of the daily cycle; the temperature image collected in this paper includes soil temperature, not the real canopy temperature of plants, and does not take into account the damage of microorganisms to the root system. plant effects
In summary, it can be found that monitoring methods for the effects of microorganisms on root-damaged plants need to be improved

Embodiment Construction

[0037] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but not as a limitation of the present invention.

[0038] Example Using leaf stomatal conductance and leaf temperature to monitor synchronously to simulate the restoration effect of root damage soybean organisms

[0039] The principle of monitoring method of the present invention is: after plant root system is damaged ( figure 1 ①) It will change the water absorption state of the underground part of the plant (only the root system absorbs water in the control group, and the root system absorbs water and the hyphae transport water in the inoculated group), and affects the stomatal conductance of the plant ( figure 1②) and transpiration, which in turn affect plant leaf temperature ( figure 1 ③), but microbial remediation will have a certain impact on the plant root system, improve the water supply state of the plant root system, change ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of bioremediation, and specifically relates to a method for monitoring the bioremediation effects of plant root damage. The method includes the following steps: (1)performing seeding, cultivating plants, and respectively inoculating a microbial agent and an inactivated microbial agent; (2) performing root damage treatment on the cultivated plants after seedlingemergence; and (3) monitoring the stomatal conductance of plant leaves, utilizing a thermal infrared imager to monitor leaf temperature, jointly judging the water status of the plants according to thestomatal conductance and the leaf temperature, judging the damage conditions of the plant roots, and evaluating the sensitive periods and microbial remediation effects of microbes on monitoring rootdamage. The method is more reliable and accurate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of bioremediation, and in particular relates to a method for monitoring the bioremediation effect of plant root damage. Background technique [0002] The root system is an important organ for plants to absorb water and nutrients, and the state of the root system is crucial for plant water and nutrient absorption. In fruit tree cultivation, root systems with well-developed lateral roots and many fibrous roots are needed. Such plants are more conducive to flowering and fruiting. In order to achieve this goal, the root system of the plant needs to be pruned, and root pruning before fruit tree transplantation can also improve the survival rate of fruit trees. Proper root pruning in agriculture is beneficial for plants to save water and stimulate plant growth. In arid environment, the stomatal conductance of leaves will decrease after plant root pruning, and the stomatal conductance of plant roots will increase after a per...
