An upper-layer cell culture area is arranged on the front surface of acore plate, and a lower-layer cell culture area and a concentration gradient generation area are arranged on the back surface; upper-layer cell culture holes are formed in the upper-layer cell culturearea; lower-layer cell culture holes are formed in the lower-layer cell culture area; the upper-layer cell culture holes and the lower-layer cell culture holes correspond to each other in position and are separated by a liquid-permeable membrane; the upstream ends of the concentration gradient forming channels are communicated with a first liquid inlet and a second liquid inlet, and the downstream ends of the concentration gradient forming channels are communicated with the lower-layer cell culture holes of the corresponding concentration gradient levels; a liquid outlet is formed in the coreplate; the tail ends of the lower-layer cell culture holes are communicated with a liquid outlet; and the lower-layer cell culture area and the concentration gradient generation area on the back surface of the core plate are covered and sealed through a liquid sealing film.
