The method comprises the following steps: acquiring current network data in a transmission network based on the time-sensitive network; determining a transmission path used by the current network data; acquiring target network data using the same transmission path as the current network data in the transmission network; judging whether the current network data or the target network data can be scheduled at the current industrial moment or not to obtain a judgment result; and performing data scheduling accordingto the judgment result.
