Abstract

The invention relates to biological enzyme mouthwash for preventing decayed teeth and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of oral health care. The mouthwash is prepared from the following raw materials: 2.0 to 20.0 parts of lysozyme hydrochloride, 1.0 to 10.0 parts of dextranase, 10.0 to 15.0 parts of glycerol and/or sorbitol, 0.1 to 0.5 part of maltose, 0.2 to 0.8 part of sodium benzoate, 0.5 to 1.0 part of edible essence and/or mint essential oil, 0.1 to 1.0 part of vitamin C and 100 parts of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing the glycerol and/or the sorbitol into 10.0-15.0% of a solution in percentage by weight; preparing the lysozyme hydrochloride into 100 U/ml of a solution, and preparing the dextranase into250 U/ml of a solution; and sampling and mixing all the components in proportion, performing uniform stirring at a low speed in a dark place at the normal temperature to obtain clear yellowish liquid,and performing filtration to obtain the mouthwash.
