denitrifying bacteria which are well domesticated and cultured in advance are added to
sludge to prepare
activated sludge. Denitrifyingbacteria are directionally domesticated to make the
denitrifying bacteria have high
salt resistance, the high salt-resistant denitrifying
bacteria are used to prepare the
activated sludge and an active bio-filler, and the
activated sludge and the active bio-filler are respectively used to treat the high-salt sewage in order to effectively reduce nitrites in the high-salt sewage to generate harmless
nitrogen, so harms of the nitrites are eliminated, the
nitrogen nutrition is consumed, excessive multiplication of
algae is inhibited, water is purified, and
pathogenic bacteria are inhibited.
