The refreshing type moisturizing emulsion comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: moisturizing functional components: 5-10% of hydrolyzed pearl, 0.5-1% of sodium hyaluronate, 5-10% of glycerol and 1-10% of butanediol; repairing and regulating functional components: 0.1-0.15% of allantoin and 2-2.5% of nicotinamide; soothing and anti-oxidation functional components: 0.5-1% of a rose extract, 1-1.5% of an aloe extract, 0.5-1% of an anthemis nobilis flower extract and 1-1.5% of a teaextract; a pH regulating functional component: 0.01-0.02% of citric acid; and the balance deionized water.
