[0021] In this example, an animal model of acute skin injury caused by UVB radiation was first constructed. The research animals were C57BL / 6 mice, a total of 15 adult males (SCXK 2016-0002, March 29, 2018, Center of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University Provided by the animal room), the age of the mice was 6-8 weeks, and the body weight was about 18±2g.
