Embodiment

[0021] In this example, an animal model of acute skin injury caused by UVB radiation was first constructed. The research animals were C57BL / 6 mice, a total of 15 adult males (SCXK 2016-0002, March 29, 2018, Center of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University Provided by the animal room), the age of the mice was 6-8 weeks, and the body weight was about 18±2g. Mice were housed in a constant temperature 22-25°C and humid environment with free access to food and water; mice received a 12-h light / dark cycle. The experimental procedures were carried out in accordance with laboratory requirements and were approved by the Bioethics Committee of Central South University.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, and discloses application of miRNA-195a-5p to preparation of a product for treating or detecting UVB radiation induced acute skin injury. The invention provides a new target miRNA-195a-5p for regulating the UVB radiation induced skin acute injury and related diseases; the expression level of the miRNA-195a-5p in a mouse with UVB radiation inducedinjury is obviously reduced, and is obviously different from that of the miRNA-195a-5p in a normal mouse, thus showing that the miRNA-195a-5p plays a certain regulating role in the UVB radiation induced skin acute injury; and the target miRNA-195a-5p has important application value in detection and treatment of the UVB radiation induced acute skin injury and the related diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to the application of miRNA-195a-5p. Background technique [0002] Solar ultraviolet radiation is an important environmental carcinogen, which can be divided into three regions according to its wavelength: short-wave UVC (200-280nm), medium-wave UVB (280-320nm), and long-wave UVA (320-400nm). Huge damage to human skin can be divided into acute damage such as sunburn and chronic cumulative damage such as photoaging and skin cancer. UVB mainly damages keratinocytes in the epidermis, which may lead to skin pigmentation, erythema and even blister formation. Long-term exposure to UVB radiation may cause damage and deformation of DNA molecules, which will have a certain impact on cellular processes, such as DNA replication and transcription, destroying cell vitality and functional integrity, leading to abnormal skin proliferation and even skin cancer. [0003] MicroRNA (miRNA) is a group of e...
