Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite microbial agent for kitchen waste composting. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating a solid matrix; S2, extracting multiple decomposing bacteria capable of decomposing kitchen waste from a kitchen waste sample, and culturing the multiple decomposing bacteria; and S3, mixing the pretreated solid matrix withthe multiple decomposing bacteria cultured in the step S2, and further culturing and air-drying to obtain an air-dried product, namely the solid composite microbial agent. According to the invention, after kitchen waste is collected and transported in a centralized manner, the prepared composite microbial agent can be put into the kitchen waste, so that the kitchen waste is fully fermented and decomposed to finally prepare compost. The prepared composite microbial agent optimizes decomposition ability of each degrading bacteria, can induce composting of kitchen waste as quickly as possible, comprehensively considers a role of indigenous microbial populations and exogenous bacterial species in composting, reduce adaptation time of bacterial strains, and shorten composting cycle.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection chemical industry for composting kitchen waste or kitchen waste, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a kitchen waste compost compound microbial bacterial agent. Background technique [0002] Kitchen waste is a typical solid-liquid mixed waste, with high water content, poor dehydration, easy to rot at high temperature, and then breed germs and mosquitoes, so effective and timely treatment of it can greatly improve Alleviate environmental pollution, especially urban environmental pollution, and improve people's living environment. Food waste contains organic substances rich in nutrients such as starch and cellulose, and has strong biodegradability. In view of this, the use of biological methods to treat food waste has gradually become the main development direction of resource treatment of food waste one. [0003] At present, how to successfully use food waste res...
