The invention discloses a method for promoting livestock and poultry manure compost maturity by microbial pretreatment. The method comprises the following steps: regulating the water content of crop straws to 60-80%, the pH value to 6-8 and a urea addition amount to 1-2%; then adding 1-5% by mass of a gloeophyllum trabeum liquid inoculant, and carrying out solid-state fermentation on the straws for 5 days; and uniformly mixing the pre-fermented straws and livestock and poultry manure according to the weight ratio of 1:3 to 1:6, and carrying out aerobic composting until the material is completely decomposed.
