One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a method and apparatus for allocating multi-operator joint network slice resources. The method comprises the following steps: in a multi-operator combined network slicing environment, enabling each independent operator dynamically to receive a calculation task for requesting slicing service sent by a user; determining a resource allocation mode based on the calculation task; determining a resource allocation scheme based on the resource allocation mode, the calculation task, a preset service quality requirement and a preset utility threshold; and allocating network resources based on the resource allocation scheme. According to the implementation mode, the resource allocation mode can be determined on the basis of the computing task received by the operator, so that the resource allocation scheme is determined on the basis of the determined resource allocation mode, and the network resources are allocated to the maximum extent while the slice service quality requirement is met.
