The uplink carrier aggregation method comprises the following steps of acquiring the measurement information reported by a terminal for a measurement event; under the condition that the quality of the pilot frequency neighbor cell is determined to be higher than a preset value according to the measurement information, adding the pilot frequency neighbor cell into a set of service cells of the terminal, and configuring the pilot frequency neighbor cell as an auxiliary cell of the terminal for transmitting uplink data; activating an auxiliary cell configured by the terminal in response to the condition that the activation condition is currently met; and carrying out carrier aggregation on uplink carriers configured by the primary cell and the activated secondary cell of the terminal so that the terminal sends uplink data through the aggregated carriers. The method is advantaged in that when the terminal needs to send a large amount of uplink data, the uplink transmission of the large amount of data can be completed through the uplink carrier provided by the auxiliary cell, and the uplink transmission capability is improved.
