codebook comprises a pre-coding matrix with the row number of M; wherein only two rows comprise non-zero elements, the number of columns is 2, and the matrix is a partial phase intervention coding matrix; or, some and only three rows contain non-zero elements, and the matrix is a partial phase pre-coding matrix or a phase pre-coding matrix; or, with and only K (Mgt; k > = 4) rows contain non-zero elements and are partial phase intervention coding matrixes. In the application, the uplink
precoding codebook and the indication method are enhanced, so that the uplink enhancement requirement of
transmission channel resource
pooling is met. The scheme can be applied to communication systems, such as V2X, LTE-V, V2V, Internet of Vehicles, MTC, IoT, LTE-M, M2M,
Internet of Things and the like.
