The metal layers and the dielectric layers are sequentially and seamlessly laminated and pressed together; the plurality of coaxial metal feed columns respectively penetrate through the first dynamic scattering metal patch layer, the first dielectric layer, the metal backboard layer, the second dielectric layer and the bottom feed network layer from top to bottom; the metal backboard layer is provided with a plurality of corresponding holes which are used for being isolated from the metal feed columns.
