A using method of an inflatable roller skate with multiple independent air bags comprises the following steps of: 1, conducting preparation work, specifically, inserting needles which are not connected with air cylinders into air valves respectively, and squeezing a shoe inner sleeve to exhaust air in all air bag strips; 2, wearing the shoe inner sleeve: opening a zipper of the inner sleeve, and putting a foot into the shoe inner sleeve; 3, wearing a roller skate: putting the foot sleeved with the shoe inner sleeve into the roller skate; 4, inflating: inflating the single air bags one by one until the user feels comfortable and the air bags fit the foot, and adopting an air distribution box to inflate all the air bags at the same time; 5, exhausting: (1) exhausting the single main air bags one by one; and (2) simultaneously exhausting all the air bag strips by adopting the air distribution box; 6, taking off the roller skate: taking the foot sleeved with the shoe inner sleeve out of the roller skate; and 7, taking off the shoe inner sleeve: opening the zipper of the inner sleeve, and taking the foot out of the shoe inner sleeve.
