The invention relates to a green femtosecond laser and a processing and using method thereof, and the laser comprises a light beam shaper which is used for shaping a circular light spot outputted by an infrared femtosecond laser into a linear light spot through the light beam shaper; and frequency doubling crystal which is used for enabling the linear light spots to pass through the frequency doubling crystal to generate frequency doubling light; the infrared femtosecond laser, the beam shaper and the frequency doubling crystal are coaxially arranged in sequence at a certain distance, a circular beam generated by the infrared femtosecond laser is converted into a green-ray-shaped beam through the beam shaper and the frequency doubling crystal in sequence, and the green-ray-shaped beam irradiates a workpiece to perform linear machining.
