Abstract

The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining patent transfer record data, then constructing a patent heterogeneous network according to the patent transfer record data, then vectorizing each network node in the patent heterogeneous network, and finally inputting each vectorized network node into a convolutional neural network classification model for training classification to obtain an analysis result of patent value conversion.
