Abstract

The liquid organic fertilizer is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of animal waste powder, 0.8 part of fermentation strains and 800 parts of water. The process comprises the following steps: I, mixing animal waste powder with water to obtain a mixed stock solution; II, uniformly stirring the mixed stock solution through a mixing device, and adding a fermentation strain to obtain a to-be-fermented solution; III, introducing the obtained to-be-fermented liquid into a fermentation bin for fermentation to finally obtain organic fertilizer slurry, and filtering the organic fertilizer slurry to obtain a liquid organic fertilizer. The mixing device comprises a mixing outer box frame, a stirring shaft, a connecting plate, a stirring roller and a discharging mechanism, the stirring shaft is rotationally connected to the middle of the mixing outer box frame, the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the upper end of the stirring shaft, the stirring roller is rotationally connected to the connecting plate and located at the end away from the stirring shaft, and the discharging mechanism is connected to the mixing outer box frame.
