Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: carrying first indication information in an uplink message of a random access process initiated to network side equipment, wherein the first indication information is used for requesting a transmission resource of a direct communication interface; acquiring the transmission resource of the direct communication interface allocated by the network side equipment, and performing transmission by using the transmission resource. According to the embodiment of the invention, the transmission resource of the direct communication interface can be requested from the network side under the condition that the direct communication interface does not have special SR configuration, and the service transmission delay of the direct communication interface is reduced.
