According to an existing triage method, a hospital guide needs to manually judge corresponding departments according to the disease descriptions, and the manual speed is limited. According to the invention, the target department can be automatically obtained through the department classification model only by inputting the disease descriptions, and the triage efficiency is improved. Moreover, the hospital guide performs department triage completely by virtue of experience, and errors are easy to occur. According to the invention, a triage operation is performed by utilizing the department classification model trained by a large amount of historical data, so that the triage accuracy is improved.
