Abstract

The invention provides an MEC-based user switching method, a server and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a first instruction which is transmitted by a target base station corresponding to a target MEC and is used for indicating that a user is switched from a source base station corresponding to a source MEC to the target base station, and caching the first instruction; sending a data request message carrying a user identifier for representing the user to the source MEC, and receiving a feedback message sent by the source MEC according to the data request message, wherein the feedback message carries a session and a local offload attribute of the user learned by the source MEC; learning the session and the local offload attribute, notifying a routing device connected with the source MEC to switch a route from the source MEC to the user to a route from the target MEC to the user, and sending the cached first instruction to a mobile core network. Through the method, MEC switching of the user can be realized.
