Abstract

One or more embodiments of the invention provide a method for improving textile dyeing reproducibility and a special dispersant for a dyeing liquid. The method comprises the following steps of firstly preparing a dye mother liquor, placing the dye mother solution in a beaker at a fixed position, then adding a self-made anionic dispersant into the dye mother liquor, fully stirring, adopting an automatic liquid dropping system, automatically sucking a certain amount of dye mother liquor, and mutually matching the dye mother liquor to form a dyeing prescription. The dyeing reproducibility is improved on the basis of improvement of the dispersion stability of the dye mother liquor, wherein the dispersant is prepared from a self-made iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether sodium phosphate material, so that the dispersion stability of the mother liquor is improved; and the mother liquor can keep consistent dye liquor concentration in a long time, and the measured dye concentration is consistent in the sample making process, so that the obtained dyeing reproducibility is improved.
