Abstract

The invention discloses a quantitative detection method for mildewing of three types of aspergillus in rice based on a hyperspectral imaging technology. The quantitative detection method comprises the steps of: preparation of a rice sample, spectrum acquisition, determination of the number of microbial colonies, correction and extraction of hyperspectral data, and data preprocessing and modeling. The quantitative detection method is simple to operate, high in analysis speed, high in detection precision and low in analysis cost, can nondestructively and quickly detect the colony counts of three common moulds, namely aspergillus flavus, aspergillus niger and aspergillus versicolor, in the rice, and provides a technical support and a theoretical basis rapid and nondestructive detection of rice aspergillus mildew.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of rapid non-destructive detection of molds, in particular, to a three kinds of rice mildew modulus detection methods based on high spectroscopy imaging techniques. Background technique [0002] Rice is the staple food of about half the population worldwide, is the most important food crop in Asia. my country is a large country of grain, and the grain supply is related to the people's livelihood. The total output of rice in my country accounts for one third of the total food production. During the planting, harvesting, storage, and transportation, rice is extremely susceptible to pollution of xylomyxin, black matrixin, and variegae, and the rice contaminated by fungi will not only cause serious health. Hazard, will also have huge economic losses. [0003] At present, the traditional rice fungi detection method has a disadvantage that the process is cumbersome, poor timeliness or low sensitivity, and cannot achieve ...
