The invention provides a hand-held nondestructive 
lycopene detection apparatus based on dual-
wavelength Raman spectrometry. The hand-held nondestructive 
lycopene detection apparatus comprises a Raman probe, a 488-nm 
laser, a 514-nm 
laser and a 
spectrometer, wherein the Raman probe is integrated with a 488-nm excitation 
optical fiber and a corresponding first excitation 
optical path thereof, a 514-nm excitation 
optical fiber and a corresponding second excitation 
optical path thereof, a 488-nm collection 
optical fiber and a corresponding first collection 
optical path thereof, and a 514-nm collection optical 
fiber and a corresponding second collection optical path thereof; the 488-nm excitation optical 
fiber is connected with the 488-nm 
laser; the 514-nm excitation optical 
fiber is connected with the 514-nm laser; and the 488-nm collection optical fiber and the 514-nm collection optical fiber are connected with the 
spectrometer. The hand-held nondestructive 
lycopene detection apparatus provided by the invention can effectively distinguish the contents of lycopene and beta-
carotene, realize in-situ detection of a to-be-detected sample, eliminate 
system errors and greatly simplify the adjustment and detection process of a 
system; and the hand-held nondestructive lycopene detection apparatus is simple and compact in structure, easy to operate, convenient to carry with one and more suitable for field and on-site detection.
