The invention provides a hand-held nondestructive
lycopene detection apparatus based on dual-
wavelength Raman spectrometry. The hand-held nondestructive
lycopene detection apparatus comprises a Raman probe, a 488-nm
laser, a 514-nm
laser and a
spectrometer, wherein the Raman probe is integrated with a 488-nm excitation
optical fiber and a corresponding first excitation
optical path thereof, a 514-nm excitation
optical fiber and a corresponding second excitation
optical path thereof, a 488-nm collection
optical fiber and a corresponding first collection
optical path thereof, and a 514-nm collection optical
fiber and a corresponding second collection optical path thereof; the 488-nm excitation optical
fiber is connected with the 488-nm
laser; the 514-nm excitation optical
fiber is connected with the 514-nm laser; and the 488-nm collection optical fiber and the 514-nm collection optical fiber are connected with the
spectrometer. The hand-held nondestructive
lycopene detection apparatus provided by the invention can effectively distinguish the contents of lycopene and beta-
carotene, realize in-situ detection of a to-be-detected sample, eliminate
system errors and greatly simplify the adjustment and detection process of a
system; and the hand-held nondestructive lycopene detection apparatus is simple and compact in structure, easy to operate, convenient to carry with one and more suitable for field and on-site detection.
