The application discloses a method for analyzing fuel atomization and
evaporation characteristics of an
evaporation pipe. First, input information for analyzing the characteristics of the
evaporation pipe is analyzed and confirmed. Then, air flow velocity,
fuel injection velocity, initial fuel particle size, fuel
residence time and fuel average movement velocity in the evaporation
pipe are calculated in sequence. Then, fuel
evaporation rate is calculated by input information and in combination with the specific movement process of fuel in the evaporation pipe, and fuel movement and evaporation characteristics under a
convection environment are analyzed. Finally, the relationship curve between outlet
evaporation rate, fuel path and
evaporation rate, outlet fuel particle size and the relationship curve between fuel path and fuel particle size are calculated, and fuel residual air coefficient is calculated, so as to analyze and evaluate the fuel atomization and evaporation characteristics of the evaporation pipe, to quickly realize the prediction of the working performance of the evaporation pipe, and to optimize the design scheme of the
combustion chamber and realize the
optimal design of the
combustion chamber performance. Compared with the prior art, the method has small analysis resource demand, simple analysis process, short time consumption and good
engineering practicability.
