The two-degree-of-freedom rotational parallel mechanism includes a fixed platform, a moving platform, a passive constraint branch containing a passive Hooke joint, and two identical RCU motion branches composed of a first revolute joint, a cylindrical joint, and a Hooke joint. The R-joints of the two branches are active inputs, and they satisfy the constraint condition of coincident rotation axes in spatial structure.
