The invention discloses an individual variable pitch control method for a wind generating set applicable to no-load measurement, and belongs to the technical field of wind generating variable pitch control. The method comprises the following steps: (1) correcting and measuring wind speed by using a method of combining theoretical correction and error identification; (2) calculating a blade load prediction value under the influence of wind shear and tower shadow effects; (3) allocating and calculating individual variable pitch control pitch angles. According to the method, load control can be performed through individual variable pitch without arrangement of a blade load sensor, so that the service life of the wind generating set is prolonged, and the failure rate is reduced; during load calculation, the wind speed correction, the wind shear effect and the tower shadow effect are taken into consideration, so that the load calculation is more accurate; according to the variable pitch speed and frequency of a variable pitch execution mechanism, a pitch angle allocation method is provided, so that the rapidity and real-time performance of control are ensured; each blade pitch angle is obtained by summing pitch angle control quantity and load optimal compensation quantity which are output by a unified variable pitch controller through load prediction, so that the power control is ensured, and meanwhile, the load control is realized.
