transfer switch and
control system for high and
low voltage distribution cabinets, relating to the field of power
system distribution
automation technology. It includes an intelligent remote-to-local
transfer switch body, which integrates a non-volatile
status register for independently storing and locking a control authority status bit. This control authority status bit directly defines whether the current control right belongs to the local operating panel or the background
monitoring system. This remote-to-local
transfer switch and

low voltage distribution cabinets, through a controller that uses the status bit value combined with the current physical position feedback from a
position sensor, drives a
stepper motor to rotate a knob to the target position. The final physical position and status bit are then verified for consistency before being sent to the background
system. This achieves remote position switching and real-time status transmission of the remote-to-local transfer switch, eliminating status blind spots in the distribution
automation system and enabling
rapid identification of fault causes when remote commands fail, eliminating the need for on-site
troubleshooting.
